I can’t believe 2017 is coming to an end, that means it’s time to share my favorite beauty discoveries of the year. For this post, I’m sharing my top 5 favorite makeup products! These are the products that I’ve been using and loving throughout the yea.
Be… Palette by Bubzbeauty
This was a worth it purchase this year. I find myself reaching for this palette the most, it has all the shades I need for a natural look. It’s light and small enough to travel with as well. Overall I’m impressed with the quality and pigmentation of the shades. I highly recommend this! Also, here is my full review of it.
Becca Highlighter in Opal
I got this mini set at Ulta because I didn’t want to commit to a full size. I almost never empty my full-size makeup anyway. I’ve happy that I got the mini size because I’ve had it since 2016 and I haven’t hit pan yet. This is my favorite highlighter. I don’t even feel the need to look for anymore highlighters, since this looks so well on my skin tone. The quality is great as well, very pigmented. I do prefer the compact over the liquid one. It’s just easier to use for me.
Etude House Dear Darling Tint in PK005 (Peach)
This was my go-to summer lip tint. It’s so flattery and looks natural on. The formula is light and nondrying. It has a light fruity scent. The packaging is adorable with the popsicle look. Etude House is one of my favorite brands for makeup with the bonus of cute packaging as well!
Etude House AC Cushion
I used a photo from my Instagram because the case and the puff are kind of messy right now. That’s a prove that I’ve been using it very often! Anyway, this product has been my favorite since last year! I’ve gone through probably 3 refills within this year. It’s the perfect cushion for my skin. The color is a great match. It’s not too light on my skin like other cushions. I don’t get breakouts from using it, even when I fell asleep with it on. Not proud of sleeping with my makeup on, but it happens. This cushion has medium coverage but I think it’s fine for the everyday type of makeup. Out of all the cushions that I have tried this one is in my top favorite.
Korean Brand False Lashes
I’ve heard so many good things about Korean brand false lashes and I understand why now. Before I came back home from my Korea trip I bought a few pair of false lashes to try (I wish I had gotten more). I didn’t expect that I would love them so much. The lashes are affordable, around $3, with great quality. They are the softest lashes I’ve tried. So natural looking as well, I got so many compliments whenever I wear the lashes. People would ask if they’re my real lashes. If I have to pick one brand, I would have to go with the Aritaum lashes.
